PRAKRUTHI follows a well-defined, step-wise organisational structure that ensures effective planning, coordination, and implementation of its community development initiatives.

Systematic Governance for Sustainable Impact

The governance model begins with the General Body, which delegates authority to the Board of Management (Governing Body). This Board appoints the Director, who is entrusted with the overall supervision, planning, and execution of projects and programmes.

The Director works in close collaboration with:

  • Sector Specialists.

  • Panel of Advisors & Consultants.

  • Donor Agencies & Government. Departments.

Functional Structure

PRAKRUTHI's operational hierarchy is designed to ensure efficient execution from planning to grassroots implementation:

  1. General Body

  2. Board of Management (Governing Body).

  4. Sector Specialists
    ↔ Panel of Advisors & Consultants.
    ↔ Donor Agencies / Government Departments.

  5. Team Leaders & Programme Coordinators (TLs / PCs).

  6. Projects & Programmes (Executed through 8 Cluster Offices).

  7. Cluster Organisers.

  8. Cluster Facilitators & Field Officers.

  9. Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) & User Groups.

Coordination and Leadership

Each Programme Coordinator or Team Leader mentors a group of Cluster Organisers, who further support Cluster Facilitators and Field Officers. This strong mentorship chain ensures that all field-level activities align with PRAKRUTHI’s vision and community needs.
