Systematic Governance for Sustainable Impact
The governance model begins with the General Body, which delegates authority to the Board of Management (Governing Body). This Board appoints the Director, who is entrusted with the overall supervision, planning, and execution of projects and programmes.

Coordination and Leadership
Each Programme Coordinator or Team Leader mentors a group of Cluster Organisers, who further support Cluster Facilitators and Field Officers. This strong mentorship chain ensures that all field-level activities align with PRAKRUTHI’s vision and community needs.
