  • Reached 156 villages in 15 Grama Panchayats.

  • Benefited 11,218 households (approx. 56,090 individuals).

  • Consultant NGO for Govt. of Karnataka.

  • Rehabilitated 40 minor irrigation tanks via CBOs.

Micro Credit & Women Empowerment (SHGs)

  • Supported 244 SHGs, linked to 11 banks.

  • Managed a fund of ₹16.8 million, savings of ₹7.3M, borrowing of ₹8.5M.

  • Transitioned SHGs into micro enterprises.

Natural Resource Management (NRM)

  • Treated 4,500 acres with silt.

  • Completed 1,500 acres of bunding and 350 acres of dryland horticulture.

  • Distributed 1.5 lakh plants in the project area.
